Pregnancy circles

We bring together pregnant women who are at similar stages in pregnancy for information-sharing and social support. It provides a woman-centred, heart-led supportive and inclusive community environment. This is an opportunity to make life-long friends to walk alongside as you welcome new life into your home, with consistent during time of uncertainty and constant change. This is a space where mamas can voice their most pressing themes of fears, and concerns and reflect on their vital relationships, setting them on a path of connection, love, and joy.

Preparing together

Building a solid circle of support is crucial for expectant parents, because sometimes things don’t go as planned, and life with a baby can be a lot more challenging than you ever imagined, and each experience is as unique and special as your baby-to-be. The circle provides an opportunity for support during guided discussions and to build your village with consistent and expert support. Diversity, openness, vulnerability and sharing are the pillars during our meetings for parents and families of all kinds.

Postpartum circles

Mamas are often forgotten and neglected, and simply not taught or supported during their postpartum years. This is a journey that begins very fast, but you don’t have to go (and shouldn’t!) through it alone. These circles provide the support you need during one of the most challenging transitions in life and will help you learn to love yourself in your new role, and prepare fully for the person you have become. We’ll address the root cause of symptoms such as anxiety, hair loss, postpartum depression, hormones imbalances, relationship issues and anything that’s hindering your growth during this crucial period.
